Men’s Health Week special reads

Share:

Men’s Health Week (MHW) is designed to give all boys and men access to the information, services and treatment they need to live healthier, longer and more fulfilling lives. Last year MHW focused on raising awareness of how men were being impacted by Covid-19 and the after-effects of the pandemic. This year the theme is to highlight the importance of taking stock of your overall health and give yourself an MOT now that the worst of Covid-19 is over.

More than 2 in 5 men (43%) say they regularly feel worried or low, an increase from 37% in 2009. To all the men struggling with their mental health, we’re here for you this #MensHealthWeek (and every other week.) 💙
